Alexander is a Director and Creative Producer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and organization. After graduating with a BFA in Photography from SFAI, he discovered his passion for video production, where his love of visual and written storytelling converged. He’s passionate about getting the details right, to craft an authentic, compelling bigger picture.
Speaking of - he’s keen on telling stories that influence social change. He’s directed and produced documentary projects exploring racial justice, disability rights, mental health, and civil rights history in America. As a creative with Afro-Caribbean roots, Alexander loves telling stories that amplify underrepresented communities, impact audiences, and seed change.
Beyond documentary filmmaking, he’s a trusted partner for agencies and brands, bringing creative visions to life with an eye for detail, and organized project management. Alexander has produced animations, commercial spots, podcasts, brand anthems, social campaigns, an Emmy-winning documentary, and more. Known for his collaborative style and detail-oriented approach, he ensures every project moves seamlessly from creative concept to final cut.
A globe-trotter at heart, he’s lived and traveled across continents and finds inspiration in visiting new places with his camera. When he’s not crafting campaigns or shooting something new, Alexander serves on the board of Wilmington Delaware’s art-house theatre, Theatre N, marathons movies, or walks his dog Poppy along the Schuylkill—where the best ideas tend to find him.
